Court Result

In April this year Police received 2 separate independent reports of a dog bite whilst walking in Hilton. Pc Harvey investigated both offences which involved the same dog and owner and the matter has now been finalised in court.

Karl Bonser 37yrs of Soar Close Hilton has been sentenced at court to the following:-

- 200 Hours unpaid work to be completed within 12 months

- Disqualification order preventing him from owning or being in control of any dogs for 2 years

- Compensation £2200 in total

- £85 court costs

- £114 surcharge
